Skilled Worker Point Grid で Pass Mark 67 をクリアーされなかった方:

Point Grind で基本要件 67 points をクリアされないケースは基本的に審査パスとはなりません。しかし下記の付帯要件のいずれか 1 つ以上をクリアーされれば審査官の判断でカナダ永住権審査パスの可能性が残されます:

付帯要件#1:
移民局が規定する "In-high demand" の職種で直近の 10年の間に 1 年以上の職歴をを有すること。

#2:
HRSDC 認可の "カナダでの雇用" あるいは "カナダでの雇用予定" を確保していること。
(有効な就労ビザ = Work Permit 保有者も該当します。)

注:
永住権ビザ審査については提出する書類、職歴の詳細、各証明書類の内容により最終判断されますので自動ポイント査定による判定は参考程度にとどめて下さい。

Note No. 2:
上記付帯要件 #2 の HRSDC 認可の雇用とは、HRSDC が認可した雇用が保証されていること、あるいは HRSDC から "Positive Opinion" を取得した "雇用予定" があることをが条件となります。例外として HRSDC 認可が不要な就労ビザ Work Permit on "Intra-Company Transferee" 取得者も該当します。

Note No. 3:
2008年 2月 27日以前に申請を完了したケースは、この付帯要件は不要で、今回の変更前の旧基準で審査が行われます。

今回の基準変更は Skilled Worker Class (技能移民カテゴリー) に限定されたものであり、投資ビザカテゴリーとは関連ありません。
