カナダ永住権: Skilled Worker Class 技能移民の解説:

2008年 11月 28日、連邦 Skilled Worker Class 審査基準が 2008年 2月 27日に遡って適用、施行されることがカナダ移民局から発表されました。

内容(1) 審査パスの基本要件:
現行の審査基準に基づき Total 67 points をクリアーすること。

上記 (1) の基本要件を満たした上で下記の付帯要件いずれか 1つを満たすことが必要:

(2-1) 規定された "In high demand" の職種で直近 10年の間に 1年以上の職歴を有する。
(2-2) HRSDC 認可の "カナダでの雇用" あるいは "カナダでの雇用予定" を確保している。
(有効な就労ビザ = Work Permit 保有者も該当します。)

以上の要件を満たす場合、カナダ連邦 Skilled Worker Class で永住権を取得できる可能性が極めて高くなります。

注:
上記 (1) の基本要件 67 points を満たさないケースでも、上記 (2-1) (2-2) のいずれか 1つ以上の要件を満たした場合、審査官判断でビザ発給が認可される可能性もあります。

⇒ "In high demand" の職種のリスト。

Note #2:
上記 (2-2) の HRSDC 認可の雇用とは、HRSDC が認可した雇用が保証されていること、あるいはHRSDC から "Positive Opinion" を取得した "雇用予定" があることをが条件となります。例外として HRSDC 認可が不要な就労ビザ Work Permit on "Intra-Company Transferee" 取得者も該当します。

2010年 6月 26日以前に申請を完了したケースは、今回の変更前の旧基準で審査が行われます。

今回の基準変更は Skilled Worker Class (技能移民カテゴリー) に限定されたものであり、投資ビザカテゴリーとは関連ありません。
